DO YOU HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT NIGHTFALL?

OVERALL RULES AND INFO:
ARRIVAL TIME & BOX OFFICE/WILL CALL HOURS
We will have a box office at the main parking lot area. You must pass through this entry point. Otherwise you will not be allowed across the bridge in the woods without your pass on your wrist!! Do not cross the creek water or any other nature or placed fencing or barriers. This will be grounds for removal without refund. No one will be allowed in the festival or camping grounds without a wristband.
Thursday: 12pm – 11pm
Friday: 12pm – 11pm
Saturday: 12pm – 11pm

CHECKOUT TIMES / LEAVING DURING FESTIVAL HOURS:
Please be aware that checkout time is by 12 NOON Sunday.
Please have your areas clean. If you do not want to take your tent home with you, please try to wrap it up neatly and we will donate it for you.
Garbage bags will be available for free in the general store.
If you are leaving during the festival please keep your wristbands on, we will not replace them.
You can come and go as you please.
** RV campers cannot leave your space once you are parked. RVs tow vehicle will have to be removed from RV and parked in the designated lot. **

DO NOT TOUCH THE CHARACTERS
The characters here at Nightfall Festival are here to scare you and have fun with you. Please treat them with respect! touching, damaging, or physically harming them or any props or attractions will result in being immediately escorted out of the festival.
INS AND OUTS
All festival attendees are free to enter and exit festival grounds and campgrounds as many times as you please. This year all guests will be allowed in the main campgrounds, even if you aren’t camping.
**Car camping is a private campground and will not be accessible to all festival attendees.**

Age Requirements
All guests must be 18+ by NOV 1, 2018. Please bring a government issued photo ID.

HOT SHOWERS
This year there will be showers in the campgrounds! There will be a small fee to shower. Please Purchase a shower pass at the general store. Please be courteous to our other guest by quickly using the shower and leaving it clean for the next.

HARM REDUCTION
Medical staff will be available 24 hours a day to help in any situation and will not incriminate anyone. Do not hesitate to visit medical areas or reach out to any staff member or security member. Remember to drink plenty of water throughout the weekend and be aware of your limits.

FOOD OPTIONS
We respect the diet choices of everyone, There will be delicious vegan and non-vegan options at our food trucks and with our food vendors. Be aware that we do not control the prices for these vendors, but we are working hard to make sure you can eat on site for as little as possible.

*Do not leave valuable items in your tent. Instead, lock them in your car. NIGHTFALL FESTIVAL is not responsible for any materials misplaced, lost or stolen.

CAMPGROUND RULES:

No Glass lighting, plastic tipped Christmas-style lights OK.
NO Large speaker systems (if neighbors ask you to turn it down please respect their wishes)
NO Weapons
NO Knives (including cooking and steak knives)
NO Pepper Spray or Mace
NO Generators
NO Tanks of compressed air, helium, nitrous, etc.
NO Fireworks or any kind of explosives
NO full sized propane grill, charcoal, butane or fires of any kind (small propane grill ok)
NO Animals of any kind (if a service animal is required, please email info@nightfallfest.com)
NO Drones
NO Golf carts, dune buggies, segways, off-road motorcycles
NO Large spiked accessories
NO Large wallet chains or other chain accessories
NO Large metal key chains

NO Unauthorized vending or selling of any products
You will be parking in a large field and will be bring all of your camping gear though the check-in tent where it will be subject to search. You will then have to carry your gear across a creek bridge in the woods to where you will have the opportunity to take a “hayride” trailer to your preferred camping site. This trailer will only be running until 10pm on Thursday and 8pm on Friday. The trailer will only be for guest loading in their camping gear.

RV camping
All RV campsites and guest will need to have their ticket pre purchased prior to arrival. (No cash purchase will be allowed at this gate).
RVs will be entering the festival grounds at the South gate entrance. It is here where they will be checked in and shown to your camping location.
All campers and tow vehicles are subject to search.
Tow vehicles will be removed from RV and parked in the designated location just a couple hundred feet away.
RV hookups will be POWER ONLY (30amp 110v plug). No water or sewer hookups will be provided. No dumping of your black or gray water tanks while your in the campground. Doing so is an environmental hazard and will be punishable by law.
You are allowed to deploy slide outs and awnings.
Parking surface will be uneven gravel and dirt so bring your own blocking for leveling.

Camping Fires policy
Nightfall will be allowing recreational fires under strict guidelines.
Fires will ONLY be allowed in approved elevated fire pits.
Firewood ONLY will be allowed to burn.
All fires MUST be accompanied by a charged, 2.5lbs, ABC fire extinguisher at all times.
All fires MUST be attended by an awake and sober person at all times.
NO gasoline or any other accelerant will be allowed.
You will be held liable for any damages you my cause by the use of your fire.
***If any of these rules are not being followed at any time, your fire will be extinguished by security and your violation may result in your removal from the festival.***
CAMPGROUND ALCOHOL POLICY
You are allowed to bring up to one case of 30 canned beers per person OR one box/plastic container of wine per person.
OR on 750ml bottle of liquor per person

**If security deems an excessive amount of alcohol is being brought into the campgrounds, they may confiscate the excess amount of alcohol.
If you plan to bring alcohol (a reasonable amount of beer, wine, or liquor) into your campsite and have campers under the age of 21, you may only bring enough alcohol for those 21 and over. Furnishing alcohol to minors is a FELONY and local/state law enforcement will be present in the campgrounds. Please party responsibly. **
Please do not put your alcohol into coolers before arriving as this will slow down your entry search.

PRESCRIPTION DRUG POLICY
Prescription drugs must be in the original bottle from the pharmacy. Your ID must exactly match the name on the bottle. You may only bring enough for the weekend and the ride home per the prescribed daily amount.

The Parker House is located on the North side of University Dr. (Hwy 380) 2.2 miles west of I-35 and University Dr. (Hwy 380). Our address is 8550 West University Dr. Denton, Tx 76207

From Dallas (Approx. 35 miles from 635 & I-35E)
Take I-35E north to Denton. Exit # 469 (University Dr. / Hwy 380). Turn left on University Dr. and travel 2.2 miles. Haunted House is on the right.

From Gainesville
Take I-35E south to Denton. Exit # 469 (University Dr. / Hwy 380). Turn right on University Dr. and travel 2.2 miles. Haunted House is on the right.

From Ft. Worth
(Approx. 35 miles from Loop 820 & I-35W)
Take I-35W north to Denton. Exit # 469 (University Dr. / Hwy 380). Turn left on University Dr. and travel 2.2 miles. Haunted House is on the right.
